Thank you for choosing Pamper Palace LA! To ensure the best experience for all guests and staff, we ask that you please review and follow the policies below:

♡ Booking & Deposits ♡

  • A non-refundable deposit of 45% is required to secure your party, date, and time.

  • An automatic 18% Gratuity fee will be added depending your package.

  • The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event.

  • Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or Credit Card(with a 5% fee).

♡ Travel & Location Requirements ♡

  • Pamper Palace LA is based in 91602 and serves Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

  • A travel fee of $2 per mile applies for any location beyond 5 miles from our base zip code.

  • Mileage is calculated one way using Google Maps from our location to your party address.

  • Parties must be hosted in a safe, clean, and accessible environment such as a private residence, backyard, event space, or clubhouse.

  • We require access to:

    • A working power outlet

    • A clear, shaded area (for outdoor events)

  • Need help calculating distance? Just ask during booking!

♡ Party Time & Late Starts ♡

  • Please ensure guests arrive on time to enjoy the full experience.

  • We kindly offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, the party will begin to stay on schedule.

  • Any children who arrive late will join in at the current activity — we are unable to restart services for late arrivals.

♡ Setup & Clean-Up ♡

  • Our team arrives 30–45 minutes early to set up.

  • We handle setup and clean-up for Pamper Palace services only.

♡ Health & Safety ♡

  • All tools and materials are sanitized before every event.

  • We use kid-friendly, gentle products.

  • If your child has allergies or sensitivities, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Pamper Palace LA is not responsible for reactions if allergies were not disclosed ahead of time.

♡ Damage Policy ♡

  • Clients are responsible for any damage to Pamper Palace LA’s equipment, supplies, or materials caused by party guests.

  • We ask that children use all items gently and under adult supervision to avoid breakage or stains.

  • In the event of significant damage or loss, a fee may be charged to cover repair or replacement costs.

♡ Age & Supervision ♡

  • Services are designed for children ages 3 and up.

  • Adult supervision is required at all times.

  • We do not provide childcare and are not liable for accidents or misconduct due to lack of supervision.

♡ Hostess Conduct ♡

  • Our staff is trained to provide a safe, fun, and respectful environment.

  • Please ensure all guests and adults maintain respectful behavior during the party.

  • We reserve the right to end services early if our team is made to feel unsafe, disrespected, or threatened. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

♡ Cancellation Policy/ Additional Guests ♡

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if rescheduled with at least 7 days’ notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will result in a full forfeiture of payment.

  • Your package price is based on the confirmed number of children at booking.

  • If additional children arrive and request services during the party, an extra charge per child will be added at the end of the event.

  • To ensure quality and comfort for all guests, we recommend confirming your final guest count at least 48 hours before the party.
