How it works:
Spots are first-come , first-served
For First place winner- a standard refundable date retainer must be submitted within 24 hours of confirmation
For 2nd and 3rd place winners- A standard booking deposit is required to secure your event date and must be submitted within 24 hours of confirmation
deposit is applied towards your total balance
Failure to submit deposit within 24 hours will result in forfeiting the promotional spot
add-ons are not included in promotional pricing
Launch Feature Event Requirements:
Must allow full photo & video content capture
Must provide an honest testimonial after event
Must post and tag Pamper Palace LA on social media
Must sign content release form
Party Size & Duration:
The Pamper Me Package (1st place) includes up to 8 kids max.
The 2nd and 3rd place discounted parties can include up to 8 kids.
Each party will last approximately 2 hours
Additional guests may be added for an extra fee per child (based on Pamper Palace LA’s standard pricing).
Location Requirements:
Party location must be within 15 miles of Encino, CA 91316.
A travel fee of $2 per mile applies beyond the 15-mile radius.
Party must be hosted at a safe, accessible indoor or backyard area with table space
Terms & Conditions:
Must be 18 years or older and located within the qualifying area to enter.
Giveaway prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or substituted.

Pamper Palace LA reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event details based on safety, scheduling, or availability.
Each prize is valid for one party booked after March 1st, 2026 and must be used by August 31, 2026.
